Strengths:
Reliable
Weaknesses:
Limited features
Bottom Line:
Basically, this is an entry-level no-frills heart rate monitor. All it can do is provide a real-time heart rate measurement along with elapsed time and average heart rate during the course of the measurement. That's it. Not even a time/date function. But what you do get is an incredibly reliable Polar quality measurement system that does its job perfectly. Never had a problem with the unit crapping out and I do not ever need to use a messy gel either. So, this unit does exactly what it intends to!
