Duration Product Used:More than 3 years
    Price Paid: $50.00

Strengths:Light, inexpensive, good up and back-sweep.
Weaknesses:Doesn't say Easton, FSA, or Race Face on it.
Similar Products Used:Easton EA50, Bontrager Crow Bar

Bottom Line:Works great and at its price is an excellent value. I really like the bend and up-sweep, it just fits naturally to your hands. I like it so much, I run it on both of my bikes and have one on my wife's bike.

    Favorite Trail:Burma on Mt diablo
    Duration Product Used:6 months
    Price Paid: $67.00
    Purchased At:Performance
Strengths:Damn..the price to start with, it's also light, approp rise/reach with a great feel.
Weaknesses:Anearlthy component with carbon..aren't we all??
Similar Products Used:Years of EA and EC bars, stems and seta posts
    Bike Setup:Sugar 1, XT, BB7s, X717 Mavics...26.5 LBs of dirty love.
Bottom Line:Previous poster had it....no "forte" all over it!! Half the price of EC 70-90 components, saves those grams w/o breaking the bank and gives you the added shock dampening of carbon fiber products. Performance has it's gems on occassion. this is one of them.

    Date Reviewed: May 2, 2006
    Duration Product Used:6 months
    Price Paid: $45.00
    Purchased At:Performance
Strengths:Light, good width, Does NOT have "Forte" pasted all over it
    Weaknesses:Absolutely none
Similar Products Used:alloy risers of various brands
Bike Setup:Fisher 4" Cake, Cane Creek disc wheels, Z1 FR SL fork, avid mechanicals
Bottom Line:There's no reason to avoid this handlebar. It's light, stiff, sexy and ridiculously cheaper than other brands when it's on sale now and then. Finally, they released a product that does not have the lame Forte name all over it. I am happy to own and fully recommend this product.
