Strengths:
The is a review is acctually for the Performance Forté Team Brakes which I belive has replaced the Topo Team Brakes. Strengths are: Light, Smooth action, Powerful braking, Easy to setup, Cheap, Quality cartridge style brake pads. Seem very similar level to Avid Single Digit 7 Brakes for almost half the price.
Weaknesses:
Seem to have a little slop in the pivot.

On sale for 33 dollars for a set of front and rear brakes I was be impressed how much better my braking action is.
