Keys no longer available from retailer. Once had the lock assembly fall out and Performance replaced entire unit. must remove front wheel.

Bottom Line:
I have use the expert for over three years and it is a nice, low cost, way to transport bicycles. Installation is easy. Doesn't scratch the finish and bikes can easily be secured with lock and cable.
