    Favorite Trail:sugarbottom, iowa city, ia
Duration Product Used:More than 3 years
    Price Paid: $8.00
    Strengths:durable, good wet
    Weaknesses:can slip on bar
Similar Products Used:various grips on other bikes
Bike Setup:classic specialized stumpjumper comp and schwinn homegrown limited
Bottom Line:these grips have been used on two bike and many incarnations of those bikes and are still my favorite. work well for racing, in dirt, rain or even just a road ride when needed. have used them since sometime in the 90's and have not been replaced even when replacing bars or other parts.

Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month

Strengths:none!! or maybe, they are easy to put on
Weaknesses:hard, bag grip, weak bar end plugs,
    Similar Products Used:ame tristan
    Bike Setup:Univega Ds-922, Bomber Z.1 dop off 03
Bottom Line:Really crappy grips, my hands are really sore, feels like i have really bad reumathism in my fingers. The grips are to hard, that makes u press the bar thiger with ur finers, and on a bumpy trail it makes your hand really fuc... up!!
i think i have to invest in softer grips...

    Duration Product Used:3 months
    Price Paid: $6.00
    Purchased At:LBS
Strengths:Sticky, good size and cool graphics.
Weaknesses:Fast wear, constantly slips in the handlebar.
    Similar Products Used:Schwinn OE grips
Bike Setup:Schwinn Mesa GSX with all aftermarket components.
Bottom Line:This review is for the Porcipaws.
From the moment I tried to fit them in the handlebar, they started to wear down like a rubber eraser. Most of the graphics were gone. But the grips are still sticky as the first time. So grippy in my hands that I constantly move them in my handlebar. Will keep them until they completely wear down, which I think will be soon. Next time I will try Oury grips or something with ODI lock jaws.

    Favorite Trail:dark
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Strengths:Porc Chops: great grip with or without gloves, choice of colors, look cool
    Weaknesses:Could be a little thicker
Similar Products Used:cheap stock grips, Specialized s-works
    Bike Setup:handlebar in the front
Bottom Line:Man, your hands just melt into these grips. Very soft with great grip. I'm not sure how long these will last, having the soft compound, but who really cares? At 6 or 7 dollars a pair, replacing them after 3 months or so is no big deal.
4 chilies for questionable durability, 5 for value. Try a pair today!!

    Weaknesses:
    none so far
    Similar Products Used:

    Bike Setup:

Bottom Line:I have the Porc Chops. These grips work just fine in performance, like many others around. However, what truly sets them apart are the porcupines molded into the grip. Get the red ones. I admit it is mostly an inside joke about porcupines, but come on, how cool is it to have them on your bars? Go buy a pair or two.

    Strengths:
    None really
    Weaknesses:
doesn`t stick to the bar at its own, needs hairspray or similar!
    Similar Products Used:
ATI tomac,Answer logos,Gripshift logos + other none good ones!
    Bike Setup:
Setup doesn`t effect to this product.
Bottom Line:Quite crap, needs allways when i wash my bike a hairspray lubrication to stick in the bar!Wears fast when compared to ATI tomac grips and have definetly a too large diameter. These two chilies are from the price because they are not really that exspensive in my country :)

Bottom Line:The Onza Ules provide good grip whether wearing gloves or riding bare-handed (which I don't recommend :) ). They look and feel good too, and don't slip much. Five chillies !I didn't like the Onza Porcipaw grips very much because after long rides my hands started to hurt, even when riding with gloves (but then again I guess I may have fragile hands :-)) ). Onza Ules are much better for me, although the Porcipaws do their thing ! Two chillies for those.

    Duration Product Used:

    Strengths:
These grips are soooo grippy. It feels as if my hands were created just to fit them. Soft and sticky compound keeps them on the bars really well, plus they are comfortable with or without gloves, unlike many grips on the market today. It's true what they say Ribbed for extra sensation!
    Weaknesses:
Possible concerns about durability, but I've had no problems
    Similar Products Used:

    Bottom Line:

best grip out there by far. Very very gripy and feel really good on your hands. if you have any problems getting them (or any other grip) to stay on your handle bar, then put a hit of paint on the bars before you put the grips on and they will stay stuck.

    Bottom Line:

Onza Porcupaws - Great grips with just the right size for my small hands. Lovely shaping stickyness. Only downside, just needs a little hairspry to stick to the bars! Work well with or without gloves, and are not too harsh on the hands like those YETI grips with the huge lettering. I can't ride those without big padded gloves! A small yet vital contribution to the sweet ride of my machine. So cheers to the guys at Onza.

OnZa Porcipaws-i love these grips. have tried most. coda thin lizards are
good too, but i prefer the onZa's. especially when you consider the
$2.50 cost from Cambria (mail order) buy these. they never slip. if you
can't find these, try the porc chops. have heard good things about these
    grips from friends.

    Bottom Line:

I owned a pair of porcipaws on a few occasions, and thought they were comfortable - but wore down to nothing incredibly quickly. Pedros BlackWalls blow these things away. To the guy who had problems with them slipping - just put them on with hairspray - they will never move again.

ONZA PORC CHOPS RULE. These grips work great wet, dry, w/gloves, or w/o. They come in cool colors especially the yellow. The wear is good, shock absorption is great, and overall very versatile.I do mostly free riding with lots of jumping and downhill action too.The yellow is a good color, not too pale, and the tread depth on these handles is deep!

The pork chop grips I got are awesome!! They are yellow (COOL)
and they are soft compound so they are not rough on your hands
and don't kill you in rocky downhills!! Anyway they wear fast
(sort of) but overall I would buy them again anytime!!! Also
they kick grip shift grips' ASS! remember that!!

    Bottom Line:

Totally cool! I used to have Pedro Blackwalls, but I had to change them, as they they kept on slipping around my handlebars.
I have absolutely no complaints about my OnZa grips though. The ergonomic design ensures great comfort, no-slip and great control.
I've got them in red; but they come in other wicked colours too!

    Bottom Line:

These grips look cool, but don't stand up to hard use. Mine have disintegrated after just 3 months, whereas mt old TNTT Mega Light

grips lasted for about 3 years, finally being abandoned due to the foam tearing. These gips come in a variety of colours, but all hthe same durability problems as my friends grips were in 'judy' yellow and only lasted a few more rides than mine.
