Bottom Line:these gloves seem like they have the durability especially in the finger tips and are made of a pretty lite kevlar material so your hands dont get too hot. the palm seems like it will wear through eventually but what do you expect gloves dont last forever. i wouldnt buy these gloes again though because i think the strap is very uncomfortable compared to other gloves ive had. if you try em on and think they are comfy i say go for it but thats just one opinion

    Duration Product Used:3 months
    Price Paid: $30.00
Purchased At:Machin Bicycles(a local bike shop)
Strengths:The padding was good*. its a pretty good glove for the weather down here. its protected me from a good few landings on my hands. it didnt wear too much. looks good
Weaknesses:*The gel padding only lasted about a month. it wore out especially around the upper palm area where i needed it most. It also needs a lot and i mean a lot more terrycloth cause when i swaet i need to wipe it off quickly. so i ens up buying some wrist bands from fox .
    Similar Products Used:Chiba El Diablos(SUCKED!)
Bike Setup:Iron horse Dsperado w/lx/xt parts
Bottom Line:These gloves are awsome but need better padding, and more terrycloth on them. recommended for these hardcore bmxers and people who want good gloves for a cheap price.

    Duration Product Used:2 Years
    Price Paid: $35.00
Purchased At:Chain Reaction Sports (Homer, Alaska)
Strengths:the padding is great, comfy, built to last
    Weaknesses:strap sux, very uncomfortable
    Similar Products Used:axo descend
Bike Setup:00 Rocky Mtn. Edge with Azonic Loveseat, custom GT Bump
Bottom Line:these are sweet gloves. they have lasted 2 years of my abuse, and still held up strong. i was sad when i lost them. the padding seems to permanently compress after a while, and its not gel like the label says. if you stick em in the fire, they melt ;)

    Date Reviewed: November 11, 2000
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
    Price Paid: $30.00
Strengths:Good Grip/padding/protection from tree branches-Warm in Cold temps
    Weaknesses:easily worn down/rips easily
Bottom Line:I don't think Oddesey tested the gloves after they manufactured them because I've used these gloves for about three weeks so far and they've already started to wear down along the center of the palm and also have rips at two of the fingertips..These gloves work awsome except for the crappy construction...For $30 I should have bought some Fox gloves.
