Cambria Bicycle Outfitters

Submitted by peter a Cross Country Rider from hiroshima
Date Reviewed: April 24, 2007
Duration Product Used:2 Years
Price Paid: $75.00
Purchased At:store
Strengths:light
Weaknesses:light. cheap feeling as with most Oakley sunglasses. way over-rated and over-priced. Lenses scratch easily. Costly replacement parts.
Similar Products Used:Just about everything on the market.
Bike Setup:four carbon frames, including Trek and Giant
Bottom Line:I am astounded to see how many people buy the various Oakley sunglasses--they cost next to nothing to make, feel light and look cheap, scratch easily, and are wastefully expensive--yet people still buy them, often at their obscene full prices! Almost any other high end sunglasses will be a better purchase than these (I favor the Nike V Carbons, virtually anything by Serengeti, and I respect the RayBan line for their quality, though I don't really like the green lenses--used to love them).

Submitted by Buddy a Cross Country Rider from Indianapolis, Indiana, USA
Date Reviewed: June 1, 2001
Duration Product Used:Tested or demo'ed only
Strengths:they look really cool, If you know ne thing about cycling you know this guy either has too much money, is a dedicated Lance fan, or is a hard core cyclist
Weaknesses:I am scared to wear them. They are hingless whereas i would normally state that as a strength because of the added strength but the darker lens tint you do'nt really wanna take the lens off the frame cause the lens can come half way out of the little bag and become scratched
Similar Products Used:Pro m's, Racing jackets, minutes, twentys
Bottom Line:These are really neat glasses, not the most purpose full i guess you could wear them around but i would like just keeping them on display as a conversation starter or what have you Rating and stuff don't really apply to this product
