    Duration Product Used:2 Years
    Price Paid: $10.00
    Purchased At:Canadian Tire
    Strengths:cheap,
    small, very compact,
able to attain high pressure (after about 100+ strokes),
    very durable metal body
    Weaknesses:very short stroke,
    no valve cap

    Bike Setup:Kona Explosif
Bottom Line:Excellent little pump. Paid about $15 CDN at Canadian Tire. Comes with snap in bracket; you should probably add a velcro strap in rough terrain. Dual Action; pumps both on the push and pull stroke. Takes about 150 - 200 strokes to pump up an empty inner tube. Its a bit of a workout, but I like the convenience (floor pump or air compressor just too big to carry). You should be able to attain very high pressures. I have never measured the pressure of my tires, but I like them rock hard for commuting on roadways. Mine does not have any valve covering. I'm not sure about the new version. I guess I could always stick a cork in the hole if I was worried about mud. The thing is so small you could stick it in your fanny pack.
