This bike held up well for the year that I rode it. I was really only starting to get into mountain biking at the time, and it was great. The bike held up well, and I did not have to replace anything(other than the front rim, which I taco'd). The brakes are great and stop on a dime(they are the only thing I kept from the reactor.) It's a great beginner bike and can stand a fair ammount of abuse. I recently sold the reactor and built up a GT LTS. The difference? the GT handles a lot better than the reactor. Mind you, the LTS isn't exactly a low-end bike ;) Great value for the money though.

Bottom Line:
The bike breaks a lot, thank god for the warrenty. Or maybe its me (I just snaped the rear axel in a 42 km race) along with about every part on the bike, except the frame. Spend more money and get a better bike than this one.
