Bottom Line:GET THIS TIRE! i do freeride and downhill singletrack with and some urban fun and these tires are hands down the best i've owned. these tires chew up anything they come across and i've never had a pinchflat since i got'em. curbs, stairs, dirtjumps, drops, roots, logs, rocks, creekbeds, basically whatever get ya hard...these tires keep it that way.

    Duration Product Used:3 months
    Price Paid: $17.00
    Purchased At:Some guy named Russell
Strengths:Tough as hell, you'd think they're bulletproof. Never loses composure and grip at any situation. Excellent huck tire. Cheaper than Nevegals.
Weaknesses:Gazzaloddis keep rolling, and rolling, and rolling...
Lacks the "ultimate grip" of soft-compound race specials, pricier than high-grip types like the Minion and the High Roller. Tire sways (esp. rear) at low pressures.
Similar Products Used:none. Gazzas are my first set of DH tires.
Bike Setup:Chucker 2.0, Marzo DJ II FR-spec, Deore groupset and brakes, WTB Power V, Fuji seatpost, Gizmo riser bar, Da Bomb MINIME stem, Mavic 223 X rims
Bottom Line:Uber tough tire that can go anywhere, but grip may be not on par with soft-compound tires, and braking bite is not as good. No need to get the Gazza 3.0, the 2.6 is man enough. However, you will love hucking with this tire. I had not tried it on damp and wet conditions, so I'm not still hailing it as DH/FR rider's got-to-have gear.

Bike Setup:Yeti ASX with Marzocchi 66RC
Bottom Line:Doesn't get flats easy. Grips great i use it on the front only.It really does go off very predictably if you lose the front end.
I have used a 24" on the back & flatted at a place called Windrock way up on the mountain & i rolled it down a few miles without the tire coming off the rim. Thanks Nokian, that was a lifesaver !
I am going to try some lighter tires since i don't DH really anymore.

    Price Paid: $50.00
    Purchased At:CRC
Strengths:Strong tire, won't get off the rim even if completelly flat. Glreat traction, predictable wjen leaned.
Strong as hell, even in those sharp rocky trail surfaces of Ymmitos mountain (where cyclist friends cannot go)
Weaknesses:If you've got a normal small lever, you'll find it hard to get this tire on & off the rim. On the other hand this is a safety measure, nobody's fancy a tire derailling under speed.
Similar Products Used:NOKIAN NBX 2,5, NOKIAN NBX 2,3
Bike Setup:Mountain Cycle San Andreas, Sherman fork 150mm(devolved-no SPV, thank God i removed it!) Shimano XT (first generation) 4 piston disc brakes, 203 front, 165 rear, XT drivetrain (custom machined bash guard), DMR stem, TIME freeride pedals, WTB saddle, titec telescopic seatpost.
Bottom Line:This tire stll amazes me after more than 2 years of use. Still holding strong at ymmitos rocky trails.
    Very reliable traction.
When leaning, will eventually brake loose but under a very predictable manner.
Despite the weight and pattern it rolls really fast.
a Great Finnish product (these people are ahead -again - in technology).
Take care to use the right rim size (width), ok?
