    Duration Product Used:2 Years
    Price Paid: $99.00
    Purchased At:Sport Chalet
Strengths:Very lightweight. Lens change out is very easy. I can do it while driving. (But not while riding)
    Similar Products Used:Oakley
    Bike Setup:Gary Fisher
Bottom Line:I just got my second set. I was going on 3 years with my first, until my 1 year old daughter got a hold of them and broke them. I liked them so much I got a duplicate pair. I use them for driving, sports, and all around use. The amber/orange lenses work great in the fog and rain. I used them on a ride recently where the visibility was terrible and they really brightened things up. I am looking for a yellow lenses for shooting.

Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Strengths:Full eye coverage, good mix of sport functional colors and basic dark, they're italian.
Weaknesses:Uses questionable lens retention system made by unscrupulous conglomerate. Unable to find way to locate replacement lenses. Possibility of being nike logo being seen.
    Similar Products Used:Oakley Fives
Bike Setup:So covered in corporate logos of trendseeking namebrands with no relation to any sporting activity. Yea, that and a glorified stick to haul around the kid's $850 tricycle.
Bottom Line:Strongly considering taking back to get overpriced Oakley halfjackets before I regret sampling something that probably lies under a nice sized hole in an overstretched company umbrella. They are made in Italy though.

    Strengths:great fit, lightweight.
Weaknesses:I have have purchased two pair of the Nike Interchangeable square sunglasses and both frames have broken in the same spot(where frame meets arm) after normal usage.
Bottom Line:great shades but not very durable.

    Date Reviewed: June 2, 2003
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
    Price Paid: $65.00
    Purchased At:eBay
Strengths:Nice looking, and light as hell. Interchangeable lenses are cool. Maxim's review found them most durable (withstood BB to the lens and frame).
Weaknesses:Fog up a lot, but spit on them a la diving mask, or use a defogger and they are great.

Fit kinda funny on the face.
Similar Products Used:Nike Interchange Round. Very pleased with the rounds.
    Bike Setup:Old grey Kona Firemountain.
    Bottom Line:

I retuned these because they do sit pretty far from the face, and on me they were a little low on the nose. They fit fine when you're walking/riding upright, but if you lean over on your bike and tilt your head up, you'll be staring straight into the top frame with sunlight coming in from above.

Because of this I switched to a pair of Interchange round. They fog up just as much (spit/defogger works great), but fit your head like a glove. Very pleased with the rounds.

PS: Tried out the polarized lenses, and they are high quality, no polarized distortion at all. I've since returned my Interchange squares (read below), but kept the polarized lenses. If you want them for $25USD email therightstuff@mac.com.

Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
    Price Paid: $35.00
    Purchased At:Costco
Strengths:Very light weight, look good, stay on my face, interchangable lenses, fog up when going slow.
    Weaknesses:Fog up when going slow.
    Similar Products Used:Spy Scoops
    Bike Setup:FSR XC Pro
Bottom Line:Ok, every pair of glasses I have ever ridden with have eventually fogged up when I go slow. So to prevent fogging, I just need to ride faster, right?
Overall, very nice, light glasses. Orange lenses work great in shadowy areas. Perfect for after-work, sunset rides. A bit more eye coverage than my Spy's.
Got 'em at Costco for $35! What a deal.

    Favorite Trail:Any in Tahoe
    Duration Product Used:1 Year
    Price Paid: $100.00
    Purchased At:The Mall
Strengths:Light weight, rubber nose peice, simple styling (nothing over the top) comes with three great interchangable lenses (orange, grey and the refelctive blue), they fit my face,
Weaknesses:like everyone else said they fog up. they do it worse in the wet weather. However every pair of riding glasses/goggles I've had in the past also fog up. Scuba mask do it. snow sking goggles and glasses even fog up on me too. there is a solution to this problem. spit on them and then wipe them clear. your spit somehow keeps the lenses from fogging. mother nature's defroster.
    Similar Products Used:Smiths
Bike Setup:My rig is kick ass. It has a pirate sticker on it.
Bottom Line:Buy what you like as far as style goes and make sure they fit your face good. thats the reason I bought these. However I have continued to enjoy using them because of the strengths listed above. The fogging isn't a major problem and you are going to encounter fogging with any wrap around glasses or clossed up goggle where air flow is restricted. Just spit on them and you'll be fine.

    Favorite Trail:Lynn Woods
    Duration Product Used:6 months
    Price Paid: $69.00
    Purchased At:Hanscom AFB BX
    Strengths:Interchangable lenses, lighweight, rubber nosepiece
Weaknesses:Low on my face, fogs up
    Similar Products Used:Oakley X Metals
Bike Setup:Specialized Rockhopper FSR XC01, Shimano M424 clipless pedals, Panaracer Fire XC Pro tires
Bottom Line:Bought these to spare my X Metals from possible damage on the trails. Because of the shape of my nose, these glasses sit low on my face (my Oakleys fit just fine). That allows sunlight to peak through the top as I'm biking. Also, after I start sweating, these shades fog up when I am not moving. It doesn't matter what the weather is on the trails, the lenses always fog up. I just have to keep on moving. Despite these shortcomings, I like them mainly because of the interchangable lenses.

Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
    Price Paid: $129.00
    Purchased At:sunglass hut
Strengths:very light weight, good optics w/ amber lens, stick to my face
    Weaknesses:price, nike logo, aesthetics
Similar Products Used:oakley, arnette, revo, smith, maui jim
    Bike Setup:SS hardtail
Bottom Line:I bought these in a pinch because I needed some specs w/ amber lenses. I'm not too crazy about the style -- and c'mon, they have a honkin' nike logo that screams out "I was made by a slave child in Indonesia!" BUT, they fit great and somehow stick really well. They are super light weight, and it's easy to forget you're wearing them on the trail. The optics are good, not as good as maui jim or oakley.

Low value rating on the price (arnettes are half as much)
High overall on the fit and optics

Duration Product Used:More than 3 years
    Price Paid: $70.00
    Purchased At:lensdoc.com
Strengths:Most comfortable glasses ever. Great interchangable lenses. Look good. Stick to my face. great multi-use (cycling, running, etc.)
Weaknesses:Fog up like a mofo in rain or humidity when not going 20 MPH. paint chips easily on temples.
    Similar Products Used:oakley, smith
    Bike Setup:2000 stumpy XT/XTR
Bottom Line:These are a great pair of recreational cycling glasses. I have a horribly hard face to fit for glasses and these fit me perfectly. I lost my first pair on a trip to Cancun and my wife can vouche for me on how incredibly upset I was about losing the only sunglasses that I have ever loved.

The only problem I have every had any serious gripes about is the fogging. It only happens in the rain or if it has recently rained. So if you don't ride in the wet, no problem.

This is an awesome set of glasses (unless you need to ride in the wet) and I recommend them highly.

Weaknesses:quite wide glasses, bad if you have a thinnish face.

Strengths:Super Confortable, very light weight, choice of lenses for different light conditions.
Weaknesses:Don't ever get the silver ones, went trough 2 pairs and they kept peeling the silver paint off, finally settle for the brown ones, no problems.
    Similar Products Used:Oakleys, Killer Loops
Bottom Line:Once this are toast, I'll prob buy another pair, now you can find them at the nike outlet stores for $50.00.
    Overall an excellent product.

    Favorite Trail:Private Property
    Duration Product Used:1 Year
    Price Paid: $96.00
    Purchased At:Sunglass Hut
Strengths:Light weight, good optics, very very comfortable. I lost my first pair on the golf course, but I bought them again because they are indeed good sunglasses. They stick to your face so you don't have to worry about them falling off while you're riding. (Just don't set them down when you're golfing)
Weaknesses:The lenses seem to scratch when you drop them on pavement or let them ride unprotected in the ash tray of your car.
    Similar Products Used:Oakley
    Bike Setup:Two-wheels, pedals, handlebars, Shox.
Bottom Line:Overall, very pleased with them. My Oakleys broke twice (once while I they were on my face). Oakley did send replacement parts, but I hated having to call them up to send replacement parts and then wait for them. The Nikes are built well and can handle a good deal of abuse before they break. Good set of glass if you want to spend the money and look cool.

    Price Paid: $120.00
    Purchased At:don't remember
Strengths:feels good on face, keeps wind and mud out well, lighter lenses great in shade/cloudy weather. Makes you look sexy.
Weaknesses:lens can pop out when you drop them, (not a big deal) pricey.
Similar Products Used:5 dollar Target shades.
Bottom Line:these are pretty sweet shades, pretty durable (screws don't fall out at least). I guess if your a tree-hugging-anti-globalization-Pathfinder-driving hippy you should get some glasses made out of hemp or something instead of buying Nike.

Parcent Enterprise does the evaluation and will tell you to order parts from them. (so bend over)

Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
    Price Paid: $85.00
    Purchased At:miamishades.com
Strengths:Interchangable lenses give you every choice imaginable, including Polarized. The glasses are very light and block the wind well without fogging.
Weaknesses:I wouldn't sit on them, as I doubt they would survive!
Similar Products Used:Arnette, Oakley, Quicksilver, Alienz
Bike Setup:Trek 4500, mostly stock (for now)
Bottom Line:I was looking for sunglasses with interchangable lenses, that didn't look like they have interchangable lenses. If you buy them on-line, you can find them for under $100, which is a good price in this market. The glasses are very comfortable, have a variety of replacement lenses, are easy to switch, and they look good. Pretty much all you can ask from a pair of shades!
