[Dash XP] Very light, polarization reduces almost all glare-you'd almost be tempted to stare into the sun, interchangeable lenses, warranty,strong frame, ventilation on the top allows eyes to breath.
Weaknesses:
The only thing they didn't survive was the sheer weight of an ignorant friend's hindquarters who accidentally sat on them. In other words, none if you use them within reason. The frame was repaired under warranty.

I, too, also own Dash XPs, which are purportedly similar to the Nanos. Excellent sunglasses, the reflex lenses are great at eliminating glare on the asphalt as well as water (I drive with them most) in the summer.
I've used the warranty when a friend sat on them. It took approximately a month for them to repair my broken frame (looks like it was fused back together).
These came with a soft case, but include a microfibre cloth, and three other kinds of polarized lenses besides the brown reflex: an orange, yellow, and clear lens which can be used interchangeably depending on the surrounding conditions. They are light, durable, look extremely good, are very scratch resistant, and reduce a lot of glare. This model doesn't allow for prescription lenses, but the glare reduction does enhance your vision noticeably-I still can't get over the polarized glare reduction.

I took a chance and ordered these on a huge sale at REI. The large frame fit my huge grape quite well, but the lens was MUCH too short. The bottom third of my field of vision was left uncovered; hence, me returning the sunglasses immediately after receipt.
Unless your cheekbones stick out about 3 inches from your face, go buy some Tifosi glasses for about half the price. My value rating is based on the regular price at REI; there's no way a few pieces of plastic should cost $100+.

Dog ate the Smiths. No kidding! Needed a new pair for cheep. Saw these in Nashbar catalog retailed as a 189 dollar sunglass. Went to Native website to see it was really an 89 dollar sunglass. Same price range as the Sliders. Decided to get a pair. Wife thinks they have more style than the Smiths. Worked great for a week of skiing in Tahoe. In and out sun provided a chance to switch lenses. Very easy to do. Yellow lenses work great in overcast and low light. I could pick up contours in the snow! They hurt behind the ears the first days but feel great now. Great for biking as they don't fog up. Polarized lens works well. Storage case doubles as cleaning cloth. I plan on keeping these out of the dog' reach.

These glasses really are awesome. I used oakley zeros, but these really are just as good. The polarization, which is the primary reason I bought the glasses, works well and the clarity is great. There is no distortion with mine. I've used them for triathlons (biking and running legs) and for skiing and have been amazed for both. They never fog. The only possible complaint might be some discomfort behind the ear, but that is probably just my huge noggin, definitely not a big deal. I got them during a clearance at Ski Market for cheap but if you look at bike nashbar and performance bike, they might still have some natives.

I first bought the Hawk which broke right out of the box when I installed the nose piece. I realized I shouldn't get the same product and searched the web for other brands. Nashbar had these for $35 and a quick look at the Native site AND ESPECIALY THE REVIEW BELOW (thanks) convinced me. Nashber was very good about replacment.
I use my bike also for commuting so nowdays in the winter I get to leave work when it is dark. I quickly replace the lens to the yellow one which is good for night time.
I also take morning rides to the mountain when it is fairly humid. The Nano just won't fog. My other pair had this foam head band which prevent sweat to drip into my face but trapped the humidity inside and on morning rides they fogged.
I highly recommend this glasses and Nashbar sells a version of these (with tiger pattern temples) for $30 right now. Go and get them...

First I must say that i don't have the NANO, i have the DASH glasses which are very similar and is why i'm using this spot. Go to www.nativeeyewear.com and take a look. -Value compared to overpriced oakleys makes oakleys a joke -Comes standard with 3 pairs of lenses(one pair are polarized, try getting polarized oakleys for this much! And on top of that, the lenses are from Italy) -Extremely lightweight -They don't move an inch no matter how sweaty you get. -Never fog up/great venting system -Can be worn as everyday glasses -lifetime warranty covers everything no matter what happens. -comes with semi-hard case. -ability to get with prescription lenses.
Right now, just a piece of sh!t mongoose Zero-G. 2003 specialized Epic on order....

If you're looking for a good set of everyday and riding glasses that are versatile, look good, and are of excellent quality, look no further. They don't budge when screaming downhill over roots and rocks and they've never fogged up due to excellent venting. All while they mold onto your face as if it felt like they weren't there. They are LIGHT! The lifetime warranty is probably one of the best things these glasses have going for them. If you scratch a lens? Oh no problem, just send your sunglasses to them and they'll send you a new pair for free with all new lenses. Ha, talk about customer service. Goodluck scratching a lens though, they are suprisingly scratch resistant. BOTTOM LINE: Buy them if you're looking for an amazing set of glasses where value is at it's best. 5 out 5 for this purchase. I highly recommend them.
