Favorite Trail:I don't ride trails
Duration Product Used:1 Year
Price Paid: $300.00
Purchased At:australia "cycology bmx" Sydney
Strengths:it has a good frame geametry. the whole bike is strong with a full chromoly frame. the weight is balanced making is feel good to ride. i also got used to it fast. the sealed bearings were great on the hubs and bottom bracket. the snafu pedals gave really good grip, so i never sliped out. the cranks were also good cranks that came with a complete bike, with it's sealed bearings they run so smooth. the wheels also had 14 milimeter hollows which were light.
Weaknesses:the headset needed to be changed because it came close to braking too much times, so i changed it with the "AHEADSET TANK" which is holding up great.the bars were very wide, they could do with an inch off each side. the bars also sliped a couple of times on big drops.
Similar Products Used:"VOLUME maddog bars" "AHEADSET tank" "DEMOLITION single bolt clamp" "WETHEPEOPLE grips" "ANIMAL glh" "ODYSSEY j-peg light"
Bike Setup:i cut the chain, because it was too long and it was harder to manual and spin. i ride my seat hight to do barspins. i also cut about 5 inches off the seat post to make it lighter. my bars are pulled back because i like the bike to feel smaller. i use 4 pegs and front brakes.
Bottom Line:for the price it was a great bike bought. this bike would be a great bike to build up on over the years. i only had very little problems with the bike, but they were fixed very easy and in short time. the parts that came with the bike had good quility like, "snafu concave pedals", "snafu black box rims", "rear flip flop hub", and the three piece cranks with sealed bearing, the wheels also had sealed bearings. if you are a hard rider on a tight buget, this is the bike for you, because it will be a great bike when built up over time. this complete bike dose not ride like any other completes, it feels realy solid and very strong compared to the others. it's great and worth the money.
