from Australia Date Reviewed: December 27, 2002 | | Duration Product Used: | Less than 1 month | | Strengths: | Frame looks and feels reasonably strong although it has very small tubing. it has butted tubing at the front end and a wishbone at the chainstays. Crank is good, hubs good, all good. Sealed bearings in the hubs and B.B. Very thick lower cup on the headset. Good 36t 8mm sprocket and 13t caset rear. | | Weaknesses: | Rims buckle quite easily but nothin a little truing wont fix. Very easy to true because of the nipples. | | Bike Setup: | bars cut down to the min, maybe new rims soon if these buckle much
| | Bottom Line: | good stong bike overall and exceptionaly light (2002 models were 32.5)Air very easily compared to other bikes and although quite long it spins easyer than my old bike which was considerably shorter. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |
