    Favorite Trail:17 Mile Drive
    Duration Product Used:3 months
Strengths:Low fat, low cholesteral and low sodium with a fair amount of carbs and protein. Easy-to-open wrapper.
Weaknesses:Very dry - take with fluid! Not as tasty as PowerBar Harvest bars.
    Similar Products Used:PowerBar, PowerBar Harvest
Bike Setup:Trek carbon road bike with Campy Veloce triple
Bottom Line:Good taste (not too sweet) with high nutritional value. Dry composition requires that you drink plenty of fluids when eating them. Satisfying and filling; I am a full-time student and routinely eat these for lunch - I can last the afternoon until 5 pm without having to sneak any sugary snacks. Easy to take along on rides, and they don't melt like chocolate-covered bars.
