The Swinger Coil X4 features a tuneable, shim-based damper and an easy-to-operate lockout lever. Riders also have the ability to adjust how progressive the shock is with the 16-mm socket adjustment loacated on the reservoir.

Strengths:
Plush feeling, good tunability, its not very expensive.
Weaknesses:
Low quality Manitou springs- ive had two and both of them were bent a bit(not straight)

Bottom Line:
I would buy it again. It is great shock, but you have to choose correct spring rate. A friend of mine rode it with too light spring a the damper got broken and the oil leaked out. I repaired it and now cant say anything wrong about it.
