Strengths:
Sturdy soles - rigid. Just pull out the plug to install the cleats. Included are metal mounting pieces.
Weaknesses:
I love these shoes, but the clips could be set in a touch further to avoid the slight "click, clack" when walking on hard surfaces.

Bottom Line:
Great for running around the city off and off the bike. Great looking (black) and very comfortable. Durable as hell. I mail ordered them from Turin Cycle in Illinois. Pretty inexpensive considering I've used them for over a year quite alot - I ride everyday.
