Favorite Trail:Thetford
Duration Product Used:More than 3 years
Price Paid: $40.00
Purchased At:can't remember
Strengths:Durability
Similar Products Used:Shimano mx 30
Wellgo MG-1
DMR V-8
Bike Setup:Various
Bottom Line:I've used these pedals on various bikes over the years and they've never given me any problems - bearings have been brilliant unlike other pedals i've used (shimano + wellgos). No pins dropped out (DMR's) Tad heavy but so durable.

Submitted by Shannon Cocker a Weekend Warrior from Auckland, New Zealand
Date Reviewed: February 26, 2008
Favorite Trail:Woodhill
Duration Product Used:3 months
Price Paid: $80.00
Purchased At:Bike Barn
Strengths:Look good, stonking grip, reputable brand
Weaknesses:Durability!!!
Similar Products Used:Wellgo, DMR V8
Bike Setup:Giant Reign 0, stock setup
Bottom Line:They live up to their name... I couldn't give jacks**t for them!! I commute daily and blast some trails at the weekends. They've had no power-washing, no wet riding and no big hits and the bearings went in 4 weeks. Grinding and creaking. Took them back to my helpful LBS who swapped for a new pair and same again 4 weeks later! Unreal!! Only thing to say is I'm 275lbs in the saddle so they work harder in normal conditions, but still, they're supposed to be a solid pedal. Would not recommend to any other clydes out there.
