from Vancouver,BC Date Reviewed: February 8, 2000 | | Favorite Trail: | neds | | Duration Product Used: | 6 months | | Strengths: | rear:great traction for any surface other than pavement, lots of roling resistance(keeps you fit), noisy (hikers hear you coming) | | Weaknesses: | wear quickly, lots of pinch flats | | Bike Setup: | Kona Lava Dome, Z-4, and many other upgrades | | Bottom Line: | the rear tyre corners well and will climb anything as long as you legs will crank you up. sheds mud and even holds well on wet roots and rocks. 75% worn after only 7 months of riding on various terrain. front tends to wash out but my skill level is ever improving and I'm not sure if it is me or the tyre. 5* for rear, 3* for front | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |
