Favorite Trail:Pitch Hill
Duration Product Used:2 Years
Price Paid: $800.00
Purchased At:Freeborn
Strengths:Tough as nails, good starter bike.Fit for all trails.
Weaknesses:Needs a few components changed/upgraded.Heavy,hurts when it lands on you.
Similar Products Used:MsIsle,Aero,Specialist,Crisis,Chameleon
Bike Setup:Bombers,24-7,RooX,XTR/D521wheels,DMR,XT bits,Tioga
Bottom Line:This is my first mtb, still using and going well 2 years on. Great for the price, a good bike to learn on, comes with some good kit but really needs upgraded components if your gonna use it as a Dual/jumpbike.I went through the initial components destroying them as stuff got bigger.Rear wheel folded up doin Air Canada(quarry drop),Lx crank lasted no time,FSA's even less....24-7 with chain device sorted that out.Used RooX for seatpost and bars everything else is original. Happy with the bike as is now, if you want a good allrounder this is the best for the money. I'm even more happy that I got mine before they brought out the brown one.
