$55.00 | | Purchased At: | The Cafe | | Strengths: | Grip, high volume, true width, pretty fast for a 2.60" | | Weaknesses: | None so far. | | Similar Products Used: | Maxxis tires but I'm switching to Kenda now. | | Bike Setup: | Kona Stinky | | Bottom Line: | I'm using a 2.6 on the front for higher volume a better grip. There's so much mud right now with spring melt and just rips into it and holds my line. I may use the 2.4 on the back, I'm also thinking about using the KOT or the El moco. I may not have the clearance with the dual chain rings to run the 2.4 on the back. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

from Grand Junction Date Reviewed: October 8, 2007 | | Favorite Trail: | The New DH trail (not named yet) | | Duration Product Used: | Less than 1 month | | Strengths: | The H's on the side are the ultimate design for extreme edging on corners. The center knobs rool fasr but break extremely well due to their tall design. Not too big fo a 2.6 but bigger than a Maxxis 2.7. Tread sheds mud alot quicker that the Nevagal on the front. | | Weaknesses: | The Hans Rey autograph is a print, i was hoping for an original. | | Similar Products Used: | Every tire from Kenda. Maxxis Minion, Swampthing and High Roller | | Bike Setup: | V-10 Boxxer Worl Cup, DT 440/6.1D, Sunline stem grips and bars. | | Bottom Line: | I was looking for a good tire that would handle the sticky wet soils that we have in the fall and winter. After the maiden ride yesterday in sticky/slimey conditions i know this is the tire that will get me through the winter with no worries. I'm sold on Kenda products because their treads have more grip than pavement on your face and the longevity of the rubber compounds is second to none. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |
