Date Reviewed: June 1, 2003
Favorite Trail:the one I am on for the moment
Duration Product Used:3 months
Purchased At:35
Strengths:Inexpensive, did not break into pieces and did the job, I fill tires on my SPECIALIZED EPIC COMP easily to 70 to 80psi. For what I use it for (to fill air in the tires) it is a sound investment.
Weaknesses:Have not really found one - just take care of the thing and it wont break.
Similar Products Used:Park, Blackburn, Topeak
Bike Setup:SPECIALIZED EPIC COMP 2003
Bottom Line:For $35 I needed a pump quick - I walked over to the local shop and all they had was this innovation top dog. Bought it thinking - hey later on I'll buy something which is supposed to be "higher in quality". Got to say that I have not yet had the urge to go out and trash this pump. It inflates quickly, the gauge is as accurate as any pump (more accurate than pinching the tire). THE COLOR I HAVE IT IN IS RED so it may be new for 2003.

BUY IT - it's not gonna change your life, but it wont screw it up either.

With the money you save upgrade your bike.

Happy trails.

Date Reviewed: August 19, 2002
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Price Paid: $40.00
Strengths:none
Weaknesses:This thing is junk. First shot out of the box, various plastic pieces fell off but I figured no big deal, they were cosmetic. Then when I tried to actually get some air in my bike, the entire handle broke off just under the T. Furthermore, the head doesn't work right with Presta stems, it seals poorly and is difficult to attach & remove.
Similar Products Used:various
Bottom Line:Do not buy this pump.
