NONE!!!

Where do I begin, sizing, paint, horrible customer service, not worth the money.

Bottom Line:
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM IBEX. Had bike built, did not fit, they advised it would, would not take back as I was several days beyond their return policy.Used bike 1 day on rails to trails. Horrible customer service, sized smaller than you would think, paint finish inferior to other manufacturers,my other bikes are far superior, even at half the price. Again, beware, not worth money, sizing a question, if you've got a problem you're screwed. Check out Motobecane at Bikesdirect.com, or get another brand on closeout. This bike is trash, and so is Ibex.

Strengths:
Everything on it is of the highest quality. The bike is light and responsive, gear shifting is smooth, and all components are top notch. I can not imagine having a better cross country bike than this. When you consider the price, it's a no brainer.
Weaknesses:
I have ridden the bike a eight times now. Most rides are about fifteen miles. Though I hessitate to say the bike is perfect, I will say that it is perfect for me. I have found no weakness.
Bike Setup:
Standard XT setup. Since I ride with tennis shows I did change the peddles to a platform style.
Bottom Line:
This is a GREAT bike. I did an extensive amount of comparison shopping, and reading of bike reviews. Thought for a while that I needed a full suspension bike, but after consideration of the type of terrain on which I ride, and the complexity and maintenance required on a full suspension bike, I decided that a hard tail was all I need. I could not be happier with my decision, and feel that I have a piece of equipment that will give me pleasure for many years.

Strengths:
Very light frame and components, the off season price for $999 is unbeatable for a cross-country race bike like this.
Weaknesses:
By the time I purchased the product there wasn't the option of discs, but in 2004 they offer, for a bit more cash, discs.
Similar Products Used:
Canyon Hardtrails (German company, www.canyon.de (great bikes for fe money))
Bike Setup:
Iit is easy to set up; everything was how it is supposed to be when you get is from a bike shop
Bottom Line:
This is a great product for $ 999, my recomendation is to buy this in the off season if possible, otherwise you waste money. The frame does its job well and is very light, I'm riding Cross-Country, so I don't know if it will resits all mountain or freeride abuse, but thats not what its made for. I gues all the componets are more than $ 999 when you buy them retail, so you can't go wrong. I use for street riding (school) everyday, even in the though Michigan winters, it survived one, since I can't afford a second bike I also practise and race on this, I'm evry satisfied with this product.

Strengths:
As has been noted everywhere else this company provides the best cust service I have every experienced with an internet purchase. Jack, the owner, is very responsive and very reasonable to deal with.
The bike itself is excellent with top of the line components for less than $1000.
Weaknesses:
Bike does require a minimal amount of setup.
Bike Setup:
Stock. Added Ritchey WCS barends.
Bottom Line:
If you want a good price, quality bike and excellent cust service this is the company for you. Note, I liked my bike and the customer service so much I recently bought an ibex road bike for my wife. I also intend to buy a road bike for myself further down the road.

Total bike... great frame, top components.
Weaknesses:
None that I can think of... oh yeah, not enough time in the day to ride :)
After I was done putting it together, It was beautiful. For the price I paid, there would not have been a better bike from any shop I visited. My friends all gasp when they see it, like showing them a centerfold ;) Honestly, it's an awesome bike. It takes the streets with ease. XT/XTR is smooth and accurate. The Skareb fork works really well. Powerful brakes. Nice light frame and nice color scheme.

Strengths:
A good quality tough frame with unbeatable components for the price. Easy assembly and few mechanical issues thus far. Needed to redo some of the assembly and adjust a lot of things, but no parts fell off! Frame is very stiff and geometry is very effective. Manitou Skareb Elite fork is really good - suprisingly light and sturdy.
Weaknesses:
You need to know what you need before buying. Buying over the internet requires that you know what you're looking for beforehand. Tires all done after 1 month, but just might be my riding style.
Similar Products Used:
none really
Bike Setup:
All XT, XTR rear derailler, Manitou Skareb Elite Fork, Lot's of good Ritchey stuff too!
Bottom Line:
I needed a bike for the 24 hours of Adrenalin about a month before it started. I did as much research as possible and and bought according to value since I didn't have too much time to be dinking around. I don't recommend just buying a bike that way, but I couldn't be more happy at how this turned out. My Ibex takes a licking and keeps on ticking. I don't know how many times I've wrecked so far on the burliest singletrack CO has to offer and it still is in great shape! Components and all.
I talked to Jack - the owner - several times, even once in the evening and he was always pleasant to deal with and helpful.
Buy an Ibex - they rock!
