Bottom Line:
Not a bad bicycle rack. It locks which is a plus. I bungee cord the top as a safety, just in case the bicycle works its way out of the clap. You have to make sure it is tightly secure. The bottom mount has a strap to safely secure your wheels and keeps the bicycle from swaying while driving.
I have the two bicycle model. If only carrying one bicycle, I use a piece of PVC pipe for the other bike opening for the clamp to work properly.
