Strengths:Everything. Strong frame. All of the parts have held up so far.
Weaknesses:a little on the heavy side. Still, it can be whipped around

Bottom Line:Great bike to buy. But buy it off ebay for about half the retail price. The only drawback to this bike is the weight, but thats not a big problem. Looks great to. 5 flamin chillis

Strengths:every thing on the bike is really good i ride street dirt and vert and i have no bad thing about this bike
Weaknesses:nothing exept it is way expensive

Bottom Line:I ride street and dirt, and it's held up so far.It comes with realy good parts and left side drive wich is realy good for right side grinders.I ride hard and I haven't had to do anything to it so far.If you are a good rider and want a good bike you should buy it unless you like light bikes because it weighs about 35 pounds.

Strengths:Frame New Cranks sprocket rims hubs new gussets
Weaknesses:Could use some different bars

Bike Setup:Stock with the exception of premium slim bars
Bottom Line:Haro has made good stuff in the past 02 wasnt a paticurly good year but theyve done it this time even though its the midpriced freestyle model the 03 flair could put up just as good if not better than any other bike ive owned even my friend who rides a S&M said its a great bike.
