Favorite Trail:o-hill
Duration Product Used:2 Years
Price Paid: $220.00
Purchased At:bike factory/bike stop
Strengths:The bars are nice, also the frame is amazing, light and compact.
Weaknesses:The brakes could be better, also the crank, i dont know why people are saying its not a 3 piece unless you have an older version. I have the 2005 and the 2006, both with 3 piece. Also the brake set up, sooner or later I'm going to put a london mod on it.
Similar Products Used:The DK general lee.
Bike Setup:Pretty nice...still stock, plan to put on a bash guard.
Bottom Line:It's a great bike all around. I ride eveyday and the only problem I ever encountered was the brakes wear out after about 3 or 4 weeks, also the pedals, but i also ride everyday. Very good for dirt jumping and I geuss if you throw a pair of pegs on it would be nice to ride at a park.

It's a great bike for beginners, but those experts can still use throw it around in the air and still have a good time. it's really light, i'm only 4'11 and 95 pounds, and i can get it pretty high. Purchased At:wheelworks
Strengths:strong frame and fork, i liked the handle bars (i put them on my new bike) great for dirt jumping
Weaknesses:brakes don't work well
grips wear down quick
i have to older modle so it doesn't have 3pc. cranks
alittle to heavy (for park)
Bike Setup:all stock parts except for back tire
Bottom Line:okay bike for beginers, but not very good for park because of it's weight so i got the F5 but its good for what its for (dirt jumping), the back weighs alittle more than the front causing many flats for me. the bike is very good for dirt jumping.

Date Reviewed: December 13, 2003
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Price Paid: $400.00
Purchased At:Bicycle Superstore, Mentone
Strengths:3-piece crank, full cromo frame, duel cable back brakes, good tires for dirt jumping.
Weaknesses:crap grips and pedals, that is about it.
Similar Products Used:specialized fatboy pro
Bike Setup:full cromo frame, 3-piece crank, duel cable back brakes.
Bottom Line:This is a good bike that has lasted. I don't know what some of the other guys are talking about with it coming with only a 1-piece crank and not a full cromo frame. Those bikes must have to be pretty old models because as I brought a 2002 model and i now understand the full cromo frame is standard on them. All in all a good bike that will stand a lot of bumps and hard landings.

Favorite Trail:Skater Island
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Strengths:To skatrboy about the x2 and x3
Bottom Line:Hey wutsup? this is to skatrboy119. I am also 13 years old and i am deciding on the samething. The x3 is only a little less then a pound heavier than the x2, so either one u get u will be able to do the same amount of ticks. The x3 is a step up from the x2 comsidering components. It goes from x2 which is a intermetiate bike to x3 which is a advanced. Now the price ranges the x2 is 259.99 and the x3 is 349.99. I personaly am going with the x2 becuase im not the richest kid, but if u are willing to pay 349.99 for the bike i would say to go with the x3. Well maybe i can talk to you sometime if u have a screenname tell me.....mines bennyp53. Hope u find the right bike..email me back with wut u thoguht after reading my little thing at lilnadeau112@aol.com Payce!
