Duration Product Used:3 months
Price Paid: $415.00
Purchased At:Bikesport
Strengths:Everything is awesome.
Weaknesses:nothing
Similar Products Used:gary fisher pure bender, dyno
Bike Setup:stock
Bottom Line:This bike is sweet. Go buy one. Everything on it is great. People have told me the bars bend or crack the weld, but they have held up good. Anyone who puts down this bike was probably wasted at the time, because this is an awesome bike. If you dont like a heavy bike, then lift some weights and get strong and then go ride it.

Favorite Trail:Alameda Skatepark
Duration Product Used:1 Year
Price Paid: $499.00
Purchased At:Don't remember name
Strengths:Very easy to adapt to. I'm over 6' and was concerned with the awkwardness. After a few days I didn't think twice about it.
Weaknesses:Handlebars don't have enough beef. Switched to Haro Kneesavers.
Similar Products Used:Late 80's Redlines, Diamondback & late 90's Specialized Fatboy (not so good for park)
Bike Setup:Everything stock except for Bars
Bottom Line:It's been many years since I've road BMX. This bike I'm very happy with. It's a little heavy but most seem to be about the same weight unless I paid alot more.

Purchased At:back bay bikes
Strengths:crank arms bars seat breaks stem forks(kinda didnt break)
Weaknesses:everything else
Similar Products Used:pos gt's
Bike Setup:none now frames messed up
Bottom Line:if i could id give it a negitive 5.every thing broke on it(except strengths) even the frame(dropouts are crackes).
the stock hubs were crap tires, rims were ok,the cones ate their way into the frame causing my wheel to get stck and while taking it out it cracked.so now i have to buy a new frame and axle(neither haro)and i spent more on replacing stuff than i did on the bike(around 500).if your in to only park get it cause on street it gets destroyed.buy a cheap bike your gonna get cheap parts.

Submitted by Bobby Brewster a Weekend Warrior from Corona, California, USA
Date Reviewed: August 13, 2002
Favorite Trail:I ride street (for now)
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Price Paid: $390.00
Purchased At:Norco Cyclery
Strengths:The frame is good for bails (duh). The seat is comfy and good for pinching and the cranks are alright. Everything else rocks except for the stuff below.
Weaknesses:Yhe pedals stink and the pegs are kind of heavy. It could use some new cranks too.
Similar Products Used:Hoffman Dirty 130 star, DK Dayton, Eastern Hercules Jane and Redline XXX.
Bike Setup:Everything it came with.
Bottom Line:Its durable for one thing. It weighs around 27 pounds so it isnt the heaviest bike in the world. If I were you guys id save up and get some snafu pedals, Odyssey blackwidow (or snafu) cranks and some of those wonderful kink light pegs. And Rob do us all a favor and shutup. The bike doesnt weigh 43 pounds and nothing could fall apart or break that easily. I busted an 8 stair to 180 fakie and the everything still lasted. And if Haros suck then why does Dave Mirra dominate (almost) every competition? Two words: Stop Lying.

Submitted by Garson a from WESTMASS!
Date Reviewed: July 24, 2002
Favorite Trail:U Mass street
Duration Product Used:3 months
Purchased At:Free from my little brother
Strengths:I'm only riding the frame. It's strong and has pretty good geometry
Weaknesses:It weighs at least 9.5lbs according to my scale, that's pretty damn heavy. Seat angle is too slack. Top tube is a bit short for me, but I'm 6'
Similar Products Used:Standard trailboss (sooo nice) S&M dirtbike classic, 00soul (sweet)
Bike Setup:Strong, not too heavy, but with that heavy arse frame, my bike is proably about 38lbs. which is too damn heavy.
Bottom Line:it's okay, too heavy. I got it for free, so I can't complain. I'm going to get a frame with a 21" tt, which will proably be a Solid Bikes wasp or a Standard 250s. Not sure. If you don't mind a heavy frame, like a short rear end (good) and a slack seat angle, it's good. Decent for street, good for park, bad for jumping (too heavy) That about covers it. Good value because it was free!

Date Reviewed: June 18, 2002
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Price Paid: $449.00
Purchased At:Fridrich Bicycles, INC.
Strengths:Everything this bike is great.
Weaknesses:Nothing as of now.
Similar Products Used:Early 90's Haro's and GT's.
Bike Setup:Stock.
Bottom Line:I was looking into getting back into bikes and I didn't have a bike anymore so I decided to get one. I had Haro's and GT's in the past, I never had any problems with them and after doing some research I decided on sticking with Haro. I'm glad I did. It rides smooth and the bike looks fantastic. The build quality is great, very strong frame and quality parts. I wouldn't recommend this bike to beginners as it is hard to learn on but hey I'm a beginner and I bought it. I do hopefully like to learn how to ride but not on this bike. I'll buy a cheap Huffy or something and run that into the ground. So you can say this bike is only for cruisin.

Favorite Trail:steet
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Price Paid: $419.00
Purchased At:cycle craft
Strengths:It appears to be very durable. Beefy frame awsome parts on bike. fusion cranks, strong brakes, alex rims, ect The blue frame matches my Suzuki Sv650
Weaknesses:seems a bit heavy, although all the bikes I looked at weren't that lite.
Similar Products Used:redline, haro master late 80's early 90's
Bike Setup:stock
Bottom Line:I'm having a great time getting back into the sport. I'm very pleased with the set-up of the stock bike. I never leave anything stock but I don't think there's muck that needs to be upgraded on the bike. Until I break something I won't be replacing anything. It's gonna take a little while for me to get good again at riding but I think the bike will hold up fine. I'm glad I went with Haro, they've never let me down yet.

Favorite Trail:northridge skate park
Duration Product Used:3 months
Price Paid: $420.00
Purchased At:spoke n wheel
Strengths:the stem that comes with it rules, the bars are nice for flatland and street, the lsd is the only reason i bought it, sh!t i hate haros...the bar ends were decent enough
Weaknesses:the frame bent on a ten stair, the mega fork sucks for double pegs and smith grinds, its a heavy peice of sh!t at 43 pounds the seatpost is a bad design, the seatclamp bolt stripped, the pegs grind slow after you hit a cement ledge, the chainwheel it came with sucked, the seat hurt when i did barspins, the frames a little too long and a horrible design, i snapped 5 spokes already, had to true the wheels like 3 times in 2 months that ive had it, the tires suck for flatlanding, the grips wore out in 2 days...
Similar Products Used:robinson rebel
Bike Setup:stock except for redline grips, profile blackjack, poverty hustlers, diamondback urban seat, free agent guts in the seat post, specialized fork that just died on me, different brake setup, only right side pegs, specialized assfault tires, bulletproof levers, odyssey rotor (not gyro, rotor)...
Bottom Line:it sucks dont buy it!

Strengths:this bike is one of the best freestyle bikes ive rode on, comes with a more than decent 3-piece crank and great framework
Weaknesses:a little on the heavy side, around 39 lbs.
Similar Products Used:haro backtrail x2, hoffman dirty one thirty star series, haro revo, standard trails 250 ox platinum, mongoose k.o.,
Bike Setup:?
Bottom Line:an awesome bike, but don't attempt to buy unless you have had thorough experience with bmx riding. it is heavy at about 39 lbs., but is very strong and is just awesome. if anyone experienced enough needs a new bike. new riders could get this too, but i predict that it will take you longer to learn the ropes of BMX.
