Date Reviewed: July 6, 2008
Favorite Trail:Dwellingup state track
Duration Product Used:3 months
Purchased At:bike shop
Strengths:I have the stock 08 model, the frame is very strong, the spec is great with everything holding up great. The hayes stroker brakes are particularly good.
Weaknesses:Some of the reienforcement is probably a bit overkill and it makes the bike a bit heavy.
Similar Products Used:stp, and old gt xc bike.
Bike Setup:stock, may upgrade to a bit more travel in the future but apart from that don't need to upgrade.
Bottom Line:This bike is great, you will break yourself before you break this bike. I have abused this bike alot and everything has held up great. It's a great all rounder good on the DJ's and good for downhill.
