$50.00 | | Purchased At: | garage sale | | Strengths: | frame, rims, pretty much everything BOMBPROOF | | Weaknesses: | I would put on a straight brake cable on instead of the giro. But thats it. A little bit heavy but if ur strong enough you can handle it. | | Bike Setup: | Specialized seat and seatpost
everything else is stock | | Bottom Line: | I jump this thing every day, over the four-five foot jumps in my backyard. Nothings come loose in years. Great all around bike

$75.00 | | Strengths: | Good frame, well-built. I like the handle bars... but, hey, what ever floats ur boat. | | Weaknesses: | The grips will go down easily, make sure you have back ups. horrible 2-piece crank, id recommend a 1 or a 2 piece crank. Its pretty heavy, but once you get used to it its fine. | | Similar Products Used: | Dyno Zone | | Bottom Line: | Very nice bike. Good paint job, but thats not the point. Good Handle bars. Make sure you have an extra pair of grips, they will go down easily (like ALL bike grips do.) Id say to get a 1 or a 2 piece crank. trust me, 1 piece cranks are better than 2 piece cranks. 2 piece cranks crack easily. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

$599.00 | | Purchased At: | Goldstream Bicycles | | Strengths: | Frame:indestructable, the weight is good for hight in jumping(if used right, mine's hit at least18ft. off jumps)the silver "bump" sticker is pimp. | | Weaknesses: | stem needs a two bolt fork clamp(mine now rocks back and forth a bit), handle bars are strong but need a bit more knee room for the taller peeps Rims are awesome but i've shattered both the GT hubs replaced rear rim, should've used a post front brake design and Kool-Stop pads all round WELL WORTH THE 600 I PAID THOUGH. | | Similar Products Used: | absolutley NO equivelent | | Bike Setup: | Sun ditch witch double wall rear rim with 48spoke joytech hub, FSA 10Lb. 3 piece crank(for the 20ft. drops my wizardry bump gets to fly from), NRG BMX jumping peddals oury grips, RE-work the brake system with new wires and yellow KoolStop pads | | Bottom Line: | The bottom line. If your into REAL bicycle killing ridding, or dirt jump tricks and can handle 40-50lbs of BMX(depending on set-up) then look for this tank from BMX heaven. Mine weights in at 41Lbs but hit heights around 12ft mutiple times daily, without effort, the balancing of this bike just sends it airborne off jumps. I do not think i'll need another bmx frame ever, some parts mabe, but a frame, 99.9% sure the answer is no. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

$401.00 | | Purchased At: | STP Bikes & X-Tremes | | Strengths: | Quick.Expected bike to lag in power since I weigh 175lbs, but tires/rims hold up good. All it takes is a few good pumps on the peddles, and she takes off like a rocket. | | Weaknesses: | Could be a little lighter, but exploring and riding the local trails will tell over time. | | Similar Products Used: | Pacific Instinct Chrome BMX. | | Bike Setup: | Stock as purchased. | | Bottom Line: | Since this was my 10 year old son's 1st 'REAL' BMX style bike,we have been blasting on it, and finding that paying for a quality bike with a good reputation has it's benefits. I'm impressed with the quality that GT has put into this bike.
