Strengths:
good tread wear, supple ride low rolling resitance
Weaknesses:
it packs up and slips easily in mud, lacks tread depth
Similar Products Used:
Fire XC pro, Velociraptors, Pythons
Bike Setup:
Steel hardtails with 80 mm marzocchi forks
Bottom Line:
this tire is good in the corners in the dry, but it just needs more drive grip. the tire is racey fast, very good rolling resistance. I dont think it is the best for my kind of riding, it is more of a hardpack thing and it gets loose. The front is fantastic though. Nevertheless, I cannot speak for everyone. I wish all tires would have this things treadwear though. the front is still going stong and I am on my third rear. I suied to go through 3 tires a year before these things.

Strengths:
Low rolling resistance. Quiet on road. Excellent traction here in S. Texas.
Weaknesses:
None.
Similar Products Used:
Velociraptors.
Bike Setup:
Hardrock.
Bottom Line:
I put this tire on our Hardrock to replace the horrible stock tire. It runs quiet on the highway for commuting and 20-50 mile recreational rides and sticks awesomely well under all dirt conditions so far. Beaumonts are my favorite tire. I just wish they made a ballon version for the front of my rigid.

Strengths:
easy to put on. Look cool. Good for stock tires hammert r
Weaknesses:
don't work so great, weight.
Similar Products Used:
Continental
Bike Setup:
2000 rocky mountain hammer race
Bottom Line:
These tires are not the best for xc. They are pretty good at dh. They increase the rolling resistance alot, even compared to my beefy conti traction pros. They aren't the greatest climbers in the world, because they don'e have the tallest knobs. They are also the coolest looking tires out there, so if you don't care about xc performance, you should get these.

Won't let you down.
Bike Setup:
Cannie F500, '97 model. Yellow!
Bottom Line:
These are great. I've tried them at 45, 40, 35, 32 and 30 psi. I'm light, so I don't usually blow them landing at 30 psi (well,sometimes...). At these lower pressures they climb like you wouldn't believe! Have to recommend themn stronly. I wanted a matching front/back pack, and I'm glad Bicycle Sportshop recommended these.

Strengths:
--Excellent cornering stability, especially when used with a Beau front. --Rolls fast, pedals easy. --Lightweight. --Long wearing.
Weaknesses:
--Doesn't climb and brake as well on the rear as the Geax Hook, Grid or Blade. --NOT a mudder. (mutha?)
Similar Products Used:
--Many, many tires.
Bottom Line:
Fast and great handling on medium/hardpack. Corners hard and tight, no squirm of any kind. Swaps a little when braking hard on rock or hardpack.

Bottom Line:
another great tire from geax. this tire pedals very well, almost like a semi slick. it climbs well (but i can climb on a 23mm road tire), and corners VERY well. i dont rely on the rear for much, but have to admit that it slides out much less than the super-x currently on the bike (super-x is much lighter, so it stays for now, with the beau front). the tire is geared more for decreased rolling resistance than uphill traction--but it still climbs. *if you like an aggressive rear for climbing, you might like the hook or blade better. after the super-x wears out, i will use the 2.0 sedona on the rear. these tires seem to clear mud pretty well too (though i dont ride much mud).
