Stock seat was uncomfortable. Stock stem was a little to long for my reach.

Bike Setup:
Stock for the most part. Put on platform pedals, Terry Butterfly seat & 40mm Truvativ Hussefelt stem.
Bottom Line:
I tried many different manufacturers. The Cake had the best geometry. I gave me the best since of control. However, the bike could be lightened up a little.
