$20.00 | | Purchased At: | I dont recall | | Strengths: | they breathe pretty good, quality is excellent, they last forever | | Weaknesses: | This is one of the few things I've purchased for riding that has no drawbacks or problems. | | Similar Products Used: | Lots of old roady gloves,TLD(seams came unstitched on the first ride.Others Ive tried dont come close to Fox,they fall apart, have a lousy fit etc,etc | | Bike Setup: | Turner with handlebars and grips to grab onto!(my dream bike)get one, drive an old car! | | Bottom Line: | These gloves seem to last forever.I bought my second pair of Sierras last year because the colors on the old ones started to look like puke, but the gloves are still hangin in there!I've used them for trail work, digging, sawing ,hauling logs around, fixing bikes, cars, trucks and big slap fights with my buddies!Oh yeah! and lots of ridin' too. They still have all the stitches just a couple little tears.I have some lightweight Fox moto gloves and they didn't hold up as well as these.I got Sidewinders last year, they offer alot more protection for our technical rides, but they're a bit hotter. We'll see how they fare over time.I cut off all the 'protective plastic bumpers'on on the backs of all my gloves. They're alot cooler that way.I won't buy anything but Fox gloves anymore.Every time I try something different because they're on sale I'm really dissapointed. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

I have another pair or winter gloves that are warm but the seam is in a bad place and when you brake for some duration it is uncomfortable. No such problem with this glove and of course it helps to take some vibration off from the bar. I have had more than a few spills with these and they have held up fine (just a couple of very small holes on the outside of each pinky finger). I would gladly buy these again. Oh, my velcro tabs are fine. These things fit so fine that I often don't even bother to do up the velcro...they don't come out of place on my hands. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

Well-fitting gloves are hard to find, but these were spot on. I've tried them out on some really rough rides, and they stand up very well, eliminating any trail buzz. I particularily like the terry-cloth covered index finger, it allows me to wipe away sweat underneath the edge of my helmet BEFORE it reaches my eyes. They're fairly warm, however, and might be more suited for spring/autumn than summer. One thing, though: Why are so many gloves light-coloured on the inside of the palms and fingers? (Mine were a light grey). If you have to fix a flat, or lift a chain back onto your chainrings, or any of a thousand mechanical adjustments cyclists have to make all the time, you have to choose between getting your hands dirty or ruining your gloves. If the palms and fingers were black, everything would be a lot easier. | Overall Rating: |

I had the gloves a week, they feel great. First crash revealed the weakness. No protection on the thumb knukle closest to hand. Terry cloth tore open and knuckle lost lots of skin. FOX, please wrap the palm stuff over this knuckle, there will be plenty of exposed terry cloth to wipe off sweat. | Overall Rating: |

These are okay full-fingered gloves. They look pretty cool, but aren't as warm as I thought they would be. Also, they don't fit well, but maybe that's because I have small hands. The fingers fit well, but the glove bunches up and rubs against the handlebar. It would have been an acceptable glove if it didn't cost $36. Oh well. | Overall Rating: |
