from Pleasantville, NY, USA Date Reviewed: April 27, 2005 | | Duration Product Used: | 1 Year | | Purchased At: | OE on my bike | | Strengths: | Performs well under my 235lb body... | | Weaknesses: | slight pedal bobbing maybe | | Bike Setup: | 03 Cannondale Jekyll | | Bottom Line: | Not a bad shock... I fully expected to have to upgrade it when i bought my bike simply because I am a large guy and I was unsure if it would hold up under my weight... A year later and still going strong. The lockout feature is nice although I would like a rebound adjustment like the previous poster. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

I weigh 175 and mainly cross-country ride. Bought the bike used, but was told that the shock was recently rebuilt. I've been riding the bike for about 3 or 4 months and it's getting softer and softer. I prefer a stiffer shock. Lock-out works great! Think I will upgrade to a rebound adjustable shock and keep this one around as a back-up. Wish I could rebuild this shock on my own without having to send it in. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |
