$115.00 | | Purchased At: | chainreactioncycles.com | | Strengths: | - Comfortable - Light - Long rails - Looks great | | Weaknesses: | - None | | Similar Products Used: | - Bontrager Select - Bontrager Race X-Lite - Velo Plush - Fizik Nisene | | Bike Setup: | 2006 Trek 6500. Too many upgrades to mention. | | Bottom Line: | Great saddle. Like all saddles, will differ from individual to individual as far as comfort goes. But for me this was as comfortable as it gets. Was initially on my Roadie but ended up getting another as it was that good. Despite being such a long saddle, it doesn't get in the way. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

$80.00 | | Strengths: | Wingflex can really be noticed when pedaling | | Weaknesses: | Very high pressure on your private parts - highest ever experienced on a saddle. | | Similar Products Used: | Specialized Rival SL, Specialized Toupe, Selle Italia Signo, San Marco Regal | | Bike Setup: | Specialized S-works HT 2006 / Specialized Epic 2006 - DT Swiss XR4.2D, Fox F100X 2007, SRAM X.0, XTR 2007 crank, Time Atac XS carbon pedals (the best!) | | Bottom Line: | After reading the various positive revieuws here I thought I'd give the Arione a try on my racing bicycle. Although it looks comfy, after 10 miles your private parts start to feel numb due to the very high pressure caused by the saddle's front end. In short : the Arione feels like sitting on a wooden beam.
Note that the saddle was perfectly horizontal aligned. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

from Rad Racing NW Date Reviewed: February 7, 2007 | | Duration Product Used: | 6 months | | Purchased At: | came w/ bike | | Strengths: | Lite, extremely comfortable, and long (good for get on the nose and over the BB when climbing) | | Weaknesses: | Product whats? | | Similar Products Used: | Fizik Pave, various Selle Italias | | Bike Setup: | I use it on my cyclocross bike, my road bike, and my mountain bike. | | Bottom Line: | This saddle is the most amazing piece of padding I've ever sat on. Also, anyone can ride it. I know heavy brutes who ride Ariones, and I know skinny little teenagers who ride it. It's durable, dependable, versatile and nothing can beat it. For the price, their isn't a better looking, cooler saddle on the market. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |
