And people are just rediscovering them. They are the best, the strongest. Build your wheel right and you won't have to touch it for mega miles. This has been my experience. Use 36 spoke hubs/wheels and build 3 of 4 cross.
Lighter spokes or more radical lacing will just give you trouble. Do you want to ride or look cool. If you want to ride, build em right use good quality spokes and you won't be continuously tuning your wheels or replacing spokes. Too heavy, you say? Well then get in shape so you can push those wheels!...Lighter wheels, less of a workout...Slightly heavier wheels...better workout and more durable bike!!! | | Value Rating:Overall Rating: |
