With the new DT Swiss 190 ceramic hub line, DT Swiss is pushing the boundaries of hub design
to a new level. Our goal was to exceed the DT Swiss 240s hub line in creating an all out, light
weight hub design. Our engineers put their experience derived from over 10 years of hub design
and manufacturing into this project to reach this lofty goal. DT Swiss ceramic hubs are weight
optimized down to every little detail, including the addition of precious ceramic cartridge bearings.
All of this adds up to a super-light hub with even lower rolling resistance than a hub with
stainless steel cartridge bearings, creating a weight advantage which translates into speed!
In order to attain the perfect flange geometry for DT Swiss rear hubs we offer a 10-speed Shimano
® and a 9/10-speed Campagnolo® version which results in maximum stiffness at the rear
wheel for both systems.
For mountain bike disc hub we use the Shimano center lock® standard including the IS (6-bolt)
adapter.
