Price Paid: $200.00
Purchased At:friends house
Strengths:excellent first dual suspension bike, it is veryveery strong and has an efficient suspension design
Weaknesses:need a rockshox deluxe shock, but awesome if you pick it up cheap
Similar Products Used:tried lots
Bike Setup:rst triple clamps, stock everything except riser bars and tires
Bottom Line:this is a wicked full suspension bike, pick them up for cheap, put find a newer rear shock and you have a FS bike for cheap that works great and handles like a hot damn. but if you find one for cheap definatly pick it up, they ride great!!!!

Submitted by Andrew a Weekend Warrior from Mt. Gambier
Date Reviewed: June 23, 1999
Duration Product Used:
6 months
Strengths:
Great Beginner bike.
Weaknesses:
A little on the heavy side.
Bike Setup:
Stock except for Automotive Driving light run by a SLA battery for night time lunacy.
Bottom Line:Has one of them Elastomer rear shocks which looks like it is going to fall apart at any moment...
Apart from that, a great 1st mountain bike with decent components and a simple rear suspension system.
