Favorite Trail:Monarch Pass, CO
Duration Product Used:2 Years
Strengths:Great carbon mainframe. Great fame design. DBR got things right with this one.
Weaknesses:Rear triangle. Should be set up to handle discs...very poor aluminum. I broke the original one. Suggest replacing with newer DBR models. I managed to get one from an XR8 to fit.
Similar Products Used:DBR v-link 3.1, Specialized FSR, Trek Fuel 100
Bike Setup:Full XTR, Bontrager Race Lites, Fox RLC 100 front, Stratos XC Pro rear.
Bottom Line:If you can ever find one of these rare carbon DBR's buy it. If you don't like it, I'll buy it off you. I own the only one I've ever seen and it is truly the best full suspension frame I've used. It took me a while to get it set up the way I like it, but now I wouldn't trade it for anything.
