Favorite Trail:any
Duration Product Used:2 Years
Purchased At:It's my friends bike, I just ride it from time to time
Strengths:This bike is light weight and is very fast.
Weaknesses:Its light weight because its to small!! Plus the rear brakes randomly come unhooked and the front ones don't work well (this can be DANGEROUS!!). Also the handgrips seem to slide off easily.
Similar Products Used:Mongoose Hoop-D (piece of sh*t), Diamonddack Viper XL (tested only), and Diamondback Assault T2 (current bike)
Bike Setup:steel frame (unconfortable and small), v brakes
Bottom Line:Over all, this bike isn't horrible, but if you plan on doing some dirt jumping with it, you may want to comsider another bike. HOWEVER! IF YOU ARE THE TRAIL RACING TYPE, THIS BIKE MAY BE JUST THE ONE FOR YOU! (just be sure your brakes are working). This bike isn't the type of bike i would want though since I'm a dirt jumper.

Date Reviewed: May 31, 2000
Duration Product Used:3 months
Strengths:Great first bmx bike for my son.
Weaknesses:None
Similar Products Used:This is his first bike
Bottom Line:I got this bike for my son and he has been riding it non-stop. He has wanted a BMX bike for a while now but he was always to small and I was worried about just having hand brakes. Since this bike has a coaster brake I was sold. I guess the test of time will show.
