Submitted by Ryan Scovell a Weekend Warrior from Fayetteville,GA,U.S.
Date Reviewed: October 6, 2003
Favorite Trail:any trail close by
Duration Product Used:1 Year
Price Paid: $300.00
Purchased At:Silver Comet Depot
Strengths:(I ride the mini version of this bike which is the "mini lucky")I am a light rider so my forks and frame has held up good. i have not had much problems with the cranks except for one of the bolts coming loose on it and losing it but it was no big deal because i got it replaced
Weaknesses:I do not like the double walled rims or the hubs that are on the bike. My hub's berrings have started eating away at the casing and ruined my entire hub. My rims are slightly warped and banged up. I am putting a whole new wheelset on, already replaced the sprocket with a fbm grind, replaced grips with the odi longnecks, took my gyro off and put a straight cable on with the dragonfly DOCH brake lever because mine broke with a GT brake system. I am also going to replace the bars beacuse they are too wide are are getting stripped out and the headset with a S&m redneck lt. because i do not like the way that the stock headset grips the bars. The chain held up pretty well but i had to replace it because the master-link broke on it. And as for the tires...they pretty much sucked so i put the snafu rim jobs on. It costs alot of money to do everything i did to it but i needed a bike for my size so i chose this one and planed on customizing it anyway so i have no regret on buying this bike. i only recommed the "mini lucky" for smaller riders and the "Mr.Lucky" for bigger riders, they both have the same parts with few differences
Similar Products Used:none
Bike Setup:for small riders
Bottom Line:this bike has been a good bike and i really like it but i really ride this bike to its full capabilities and have done some crazy stuff on it so its no wonder why i have had to replace almost all the parts on it.

Weaknesses:i recomend getting a new fork.the forks weak i recomend getting a redline monster, those are great for the good price. besides that it's great.
Similar Products Used:sherman diamondback
Bike Setup:most redline bmx bike's
Bottom Line:it is great. if u are chooseing besides this bike and another this bike will hold up a long time so choose this one. its a great bike

Submitted by Greg a Weekend Warrior from Jackson NJ USA
Date Reviewed: April 5, 2002
Favorite Trail:all trails with good jumps
Duration Product Used:3 months
Price Paid: $370.00
Purchased At:County Line Bicycles
Strengths:Frame, fork, and almost everything else
Weaknesses:The brakes suck and i don't like the stem
Similar Products Used:Diamondback sherman
haro backtrail
Bike Setup:normal
Bottom Line:This bike is a good bike for the money. The only thing that sucks is the stem and brakes, and the handle bars are wide and you can't cut them very far. But the bike is very strong and i haven't had any problems with it. I would suggest this bike for dirt jumpers
