Date Reviewed: June 7, 2008
Duration Product Used:6 months
Price Paid: $250.00
Purchased At:Bike shop
Strengths:They are not strong at all.
Weaknesses:Axle comes loose.
The spring (the red one in the picture above) on spindle warps and jams/shears into cage, preventing the spindle from turning and making clipping in impossible. This makes the pedal redundant, and can't be fixed.
Similar Products Used:Mallet 1
Candy
Shimano SPD assorted
Bike Setup:Ventana La Bruja
Bottom Line:These pedals have given me 2 incentives-
1. Never buy Crank Brothers again
2. Revert to flat pedals (loving it too!)

Very dissapointing Crank Bros, you've let a fan down.
