$450.00 | | Purchased At: | LifeTime Bikes in Lo | | Strengths: | Beefy Frame, Disc breaks, OK fork for a girls bike. Better overall starter package than other bikes in same price range... | | Weaknesses: | My girlfriend wanted it in hot pink... Could have come with a more comfortable (thicker) female seat. | | Similar Products Used: | my old 19" Giant Rincon | | Bike Setup: | Stock | | Bottom Line: | My girlfriend got tired of riding one of my old mountain bikes so I finally broke down and bought her this bike. She really likes it. It has a better overall package (fit and finish) than any other girl bikes in its price range and comes with disc breaks. She is still in the beginning stages of learning how to mountain bike but now hopefully we won't fight as much while we are out riding because he is more confident riding... | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

$390.00 | | Purchased At: | Princeton Sports | | Strengths: | It's a Cannondale! Cheap. Reliable. | | Weaknesses: | Presta Valve could be a problem if you don't have the correct pump; however, my bike shop gave me an adaptor for free. Of course, a Presta Valve does give you the excuse to go out and buy a nice pump... Think about it! | | Similar Products Used: | Giant Boulder SE, GT Avalache, Iron Horse Maverick 5.5, Raleigh M40 | | Bike Setup: | Stock, Lizzard Skins | | Bottom Line: | My girl friend wanted a bike for Christmas, so I bought her this one. If it wasn't too small for me, I would be ridding it all the time. She says, "It's mine!" Well worth the money spent. She will have the bike forever! | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |
