Submitted by Adam a Weekend Warrior from San Francisco CA USA
Date Reviewed: April 18, 2001
Favorite Trail:'Roadie' (w/a mtb)
Duration Product Used:3 months
Price Paid: $2.00
Purchased At:REI.com (outlet)
Strengths:Good looking, soft, comfy
Weaknesses:None so far:hoping they'll wear better than they did for previous reviewer
Similar Products Used:DeFeet Aireator, other Cannondales
Bike Setup:Diamond Back(can't make it out; -could be 'Ascent' since it is lighter than my Kona Hahanna
Bottom Line:$2.00? Are you kidding?
I'm happy as a clam...
-Didn't even have all sorts of strings & ***p hanging off on the inside to snag your foot on like the similarly bought C'dales... I don' know if I've written 50 words or not & I've had some trouble getting my feeble webtv unit to submit one of these, so I'll add: these socks are great!
They are cozy & thin(I tend to get hot when I ride)Anyone should get 'em at this price if they can: otherwise get 'em anyway if you like 'em...
Ride on...
There's a fellow on ebay who sells bike socks cheap in lots of six

Date Reviewed: September 21, 1999
Favorite Trail:
Vulture's Knob
Duration Product Used:
6 months
Strengths:
Wicks sweat well, thin, don't stain, cheap for bike socks ($6).
Weaknesses:
Seem to wear fast, thin (cold in winter).
Similar Products Used:
Cotton socks
Bike Setup:
They're socks. They have nothing to do with my bike :)
Bottom Line:I like these socks, but they seem to wear fast. They are getting really thin (see through) on my right toe, after about 600-700 miles. I know a hole is soon to come. They look good though, and for the price, it's OK if they wear a little faster.Radar
