Submitted by jose salmeron a Cross Country Rider from sweden
Date Reviewed: May 6, 2008
Duration Product Used:2 Years
Price Paid: $100.00
Purchased At:Bikebuster.se
Strengths:extremely comfortable, easy to adjust, easy to clean, low price
Weaknesses:if you ride when its cold out.. your toes will freeze
Similar Products Used:first pair
Bike Setup:crescent edge(swedish make) mix match of this and that... LX, XT, shimano, ritchey, etc.....
Bottom Line:a bit on the thin side, material wise, so once you hit some wet terrain your socks soak up everything.... would recommend for dry and warm climates... definitelly not a cold/wet weather shoe..... but other than that it is an excellent purchase. Not for the hard core i suppose but great overall for getting out and having fun with a reliable and affordable shoe. Been through over 800 kilometers in the forest, dirt roads, and paved roads and not one quality issue....

Date Reviewed: May 3, 2007
Duration Product Used:1 Year
Price Paid: $90.00
Strengths:Good fit, good ventilation.
Weaknesses:Bling ugly.
Bottom Line:I ride in these shoes daily on my commute, with some weekend rides as well. I've had them close to a year with no complaints, so I was surprised to read the previous review complaining about durability.

Fit-wise, I have very narrrow feet, and this was one of the only shoes I found that gave a nice fit. Oddly, I've read other reviews where people with wide feet found a good fit. These shoes are extremely well ventilated, which could be good or bad, depending on your perspective.

The only negative is the bling. That's hard to get away from in any shoe, and these are still better than many options, but I don't need to look like I stepped out of a bad 50's sci-fi flick every time I ride my bike.
