This saddle is similar the B.90/2 saddles produced in India, a middle-weight version of the B.90
If you may also consider a "Lepper" saddle made in Holland. The Lepper 90 Classic saddle is the model used on the last Swiss Army bike model before they discontinued it. The Lepper 90 is not availbable on their website, however I still see it on new dutch bikes, so I suspect these models are all available in Amsterdam bike shops.

This was Brooks' top-of-the-line premium saddle up intil it was cancled a few years back. Knock-offs of this design can be found throughout Africa and Asia where it is one of the most popular saddles in use. Used B.90/3's are hidden away and never sold because nobody who has used one will ever part with it.
The B.90/3 was origninally introduced as a "Racing" saddle - the smooth rounded top is similar to the ultra-popular B.17 racing saddle, and the Flyer which is a 2-spring version of the B.17, although the B.90/3 has more space on the area that you sit your buns on. The frame underneath is exactly like the B.33 - which will absorb massive shocks and heavy use.
There was also originally a B.90/2 (middleweight) and B.90/1 (lightweight) version with exactly the same design. These have been gone for decades, but knock-off are still rolling off the production lines in India, China, etc. for the local markets.
Although the idea of a heavy-duty (and rather heavy) professional racing saddle with coil-spring suspension may seem contradictory in the USA, this is actually one of the most successful bicycle saddle designs in history. Factories in developing nations, and collectors here at home, refuse to let go of this brillant design.
