Leather is better. More springs is better.
The B.135 is the new re-issue name for the B.130, which is exactly the same thing as far as any experts can tell. This is the "Motorcycle" saddle which was designed to eliminate vibration from the motor. The B.135 is built on frame of the B.33 Utility saddle, but adds to it Brooks' pattented Push/Pull spring dampening. The B.33 is essentiall the default saddle design throughout Africa and many parts of Asia. The B.135 is the only Brooks with a dampening system to the springs, which eliminates rebound, giving you more control and stability.
This is useful both for hauling heavy loads (think loaded touring or grocery hauling) where rebound could cause you to loose control of the load. It is also very useful for maintaining control at high speeds on rough terrain, and eliminates vibration (the purpose of the design) on cycles equiped with motor assist.
The leather top molds to your bottom the same way nice old leather shoes mold to your feet. Brooks makes the most comfortable saddles ever! Double-rail construction is bullet-proof. Expect about a 30-year service life with frequent use.
The B.135 would be the logical choice on a scooter, motorcycle, moped, cargo bike, work bike, dutch bike, old Raleigh, etc.
In the arena of premium saddles, the B.73 wins for maximum comfort in my book (3-coil springs) but the B.135 comes out ahead for maxium control, while still being very very comfortable.

Strengths:
equivalent to sitting on a plush leather lounge chair, extremely durable, classic look of brooks leather and chrome construction
Weaknesses:
double-rail necessitates extra $12 seat "sandwich" for use with microadjust seatposts

i've used this on a Bilenky cargo bike; a modified mountain frame with a 4' load rack on the front.
Bottom Line:
plain and simple: for utility bikes such as the Bilenky or any other type of cargo bike, or if you just feel like never getting up off your seat again to absorb a bump, this is the saddle for you. I've hit foot-deep craters with 100 lb. loads, remaining seated, with the equivalent shock of hitting a 2" curb with this thing. plush does not even begin to describe the ride...
