American Classic’s ISIS bottom bracket is light because of the unique split ring design (patent applied). The new and improved
split ring and cups support the bearings
and keep them in place. The steel bottom bracket axle is designed to distribute the stress loads applied when riding. Replaceable stainless steel bearings are standard.
Also available with chrome steel bearings by special order for OE use only. Smooth ride feel. A proven design.

this bb might be light but the cups creaked, the axel/crank interface was too tight, the bearings were so notchy you could actually count the number of bearings by feel! absolutely awful.then after about 6 months, the bearings came off whilst fitting.went straight in bin.most expensive truvative bb tool ever(came supplied with bb)
