Following the innovation, ingenuity, and longevity of the B-29 airship, Airborne has created the B-29 mountain bike for 2003. Based on our 2003 Lucky Strike design the B-29 uses 29” wheels for increased stability and better rolling characteristics. 29” wheels roll more easily over obstacles while longer tire contact area stays on top of mud or sand. A curved top tube allows for maximum clearance when the going gets tricky. The B-29 frame also uses Airborne’s ENIGMA seat stay yoke providing increased stiffness and additional mud clearance. Available in High Lust Polish, the B-29 is available in 3 sizes (16, 18, 20").

Bottom Line:
This bike fits like no other bike I have ridden, I think it's the big wheels. I'm 6'4" and the big wheels are great! It handles just great in the tight stuff and really rolls on the flats and downhills. Not so good on the sustained climbs-it's built up at a mighty 27 pounds. But it's a classy way to run the big wheels!
