Bottom Line:i like them and they have held up well. very tough uppers. can't go wrong with 3 velcro straps. i use them 4-6 times a week and they show no signs of falling apart. maybe a little too tough regarding the upper...seem a little stiff.

Strengths:Comfortable, well-ventilated, durable upper.
Weaknesses:The tread fell apart after 3 months.

Bottom Line:This was my first pair of clipless shoes. I ride only on the weekends. They performed very well for a couple of months before I noticed that a lot of the rubber tread on the bottom was breaking off. After 3 months, the tread near the front of the shoe was coming completely away from the upper on both shoes. They would have been unusable after a few more rides, so I sent them back and got a refund. I like the shoes otherwise, but I have to recommend that people stay away from them until Adidas gets the materials and design right. They might work well for someone that rides only on flat, soft terrain where the tread won't receive any significant lateral force.
