Mountain Bikers Can Save on Phone Bills and Help IMBA
Telphonic Communications Offers Low Rates & IMBA Rebate
For Immediate Release, August 28, 2003
Mountain bikers can lower their phone bills and help IMBA by taking advantage of a new partnership between IMBA and Telphonic Communications. Telphonic, a growing company based in San Ramon, California, provides low-cost long distance and internet service to individuals and businesses.
A key benefit of this partnership is that Telphonic, an IMBA corporate member, will rebate five percent of IMBA member's charges directly to IMBA.
The basic rate for domestic U.S. long distance is 5 cents per-minute. There are no hidden fees, and it is easy to sign up at http://www.telphonic.com.
Telphonic Communications founder Mark Nichols is an avid mountain biker and IMBA donor. Racing legend and world champion Ned Overend has joined the Telphonic team, and is helping enroll IMBA corporate members.
"Telphonic is becoming an important IMBA partner," said IMBA executive director Tim Blumenthal. "It's great that mountain bikers can lower their phone bills and help IMBA at the same time."
